Reports say Brian Kalinowski, a candidate for Contra Costa County Sheriff, has won the endorsement of the Sheriff’s Deputies Association by a vote of 122-106, with 36 neutral. See Brian’s other endorsements.

Incumbent Sheriff Warren Rupf has announced he will not seek reelection, and has endorsed Concord Chief of Police David Livingston. Livingston and Kalinowski will face off in a June primary.
